I am so excited for the new year!! New Year’s Eve has always been one of my favorite holidays and I look forward to it each year. I enjoy reflecting on the year and spending time planning for what I want to achieve moving forward!
Here are a few outfit ideas if you’re planning on going out to celebrate the start of 2019!
NYE Outfit 1

I always think of sequins when searching for outfits to wear on New Year’s Eve (who doesn’t?!) and I immediately fell in love with this fun swing dress from River Island. I think sequins are a must for any party-ready outfit! This two-tone pink miniskirt is really fun but if you’re looking for something a bit more casual you could always wear a sequin cami like this with a pair of jeans and a nice blazer!

If the typical NYE sparkly look isn’t your style, try going for something more romantic instead. Tulle skirts are a good option because they can be styled in several ways. I love pairing tulle with lace – this combination is classic and elegant. I think this look would be nice if you’re planning on going out to dinner because it’s refined yet still playful and fun. If you want a more edgy look, trying pairing this skirt with a moto jacket and lace cami!

You can never go wrong with a great pair of wide leg pants and these plisse pants from River Island are so incredibly comfortable! I paired them with this cowl neck cami. {which you might recognize from my River Island haul video here} These pants are so versatile, you could style them with almost any top. Something like this metallic embellished crop tank would be perfect for the occasion, especially paired with faux fur stole or jacket.
