I feel like summer was just beginning and now here we are gearing up for the fall season, watching football on the weekends and burning pumpkin chai candles …I know I can’t be the only one who’s already brought out the yummy fall scents!
Today I wanted to share a monthly round-up of all of my YouTube videos from the previous month. If you found me through this blog, I also have a YouTube channel where I post weekly vlogs about style and beauty. I thought a blog post like this would be an easy way to get a snapshot look at everything I’ve shared over the past month in case you missed anything…or if don’t have time to watch YouTube videos!
1. BUSINESS CASUAL TRY-ON HAUL + OUTFIT IDEAS
In this video I shared a few items I picked up from Nordstrom, Reiss, and Ann Taylor that are work appropriate. I’m always on the lookout for clothing that is perfect for the office but can also be dressed up for a night out. I’ve worn this scallop edge top (now on major clearance!) several times and I get compliments every time I wear it. The sheer, breathable fabric has been great for the hot weather, but an additional layer such as a cardigan or blazer can easily transition it into the cooler months ahead.
2. 10 SHOE ESSENTIALS FOR YOUR WARDROBE
I’ve always been a shoe girl. I vividly remember watching The Wizard of Oz as a little girl for the first time and becoming obsesseddd with finding my own pair of ruby slippers. I even had a pair of glittery red jelly shoes {lol oh how that aged me} that I wore pretending they were the real deal. Okay…back to the video. In this video I shared ten classic styles of shoes that I believe every woman should have in their wardrobe. Shoes can make or break an outfit so having the right style for every occasion is essential. My favorite style I shared are these nude pumps that I wear pretty much every week and these are amazing Valentino Rockstud dupes – I’m still saving for the real version but until then these will suffice. 😉
3. LUXURY BEAUTY WORTH THE PRICE
Growing up, I used to save and save just to be able to buy Clinique foundation in high school. I’ve always appreciated beautiful packaging and innovative products. I love reading about scientific research and technology behind new skincare releases. However, I’ve reached the age where I no longer feel the need to collect and try each and every new “it” eyeshadow palette – instead, I select products with a little more care. I want high quality products that actually work. Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky enough to experience many luxury cosmetic products and this video includes those that are at the top of my must-have list.
4. 10 CLASSIC BASICS YOU NEED IN YOUR CLOSET
This video is all about those timeless, classic staples you need in your wardrobe. I’m a huge believer in investing in classic basics that will transcend all trends. A gorgeously tailored trench coat or cozy cashmere sweater will never go out of style. I share examples of each of my top 10 classic basics throughout this video.

6. SUMMER TO FALL TRANSITIONAL OUTFIT IDEAS + LOOKBOOK
For this video, I took out all of my most worn summer clothing items and shared different ways I plan to transition them into the fall season. Although the weather doesn’t cool down much here in Florida, Matt and I have a few trips coming up where I’ll need to be prepared. An edgy moto jacket, taupe booties, and soft blanket scarf are a few pieces that can easily be worn with your summer faves.
